Meet the Founder
Chislehurst Healthcare was founded and is led by Elle Sena who has over 22 years of experience in the UK healthcare industry. Prior to graduating Elle had the privilege of being introduced to recruitment when she landed a part time job under the then renowned Reed Nursing Employment. In 2001, She graduated at The City University of London in the speciality of Mental Health Nursing studies. She undertook post graduate business management, leadership and marketing courses. In the years to come she took on roles within the NHS and private sectors in senior management and executive positions.
Elle is an Afropolitan born in Zimbabwe, she travelled around the world learning and developing a refined sense of beauty, exuding an exotic/beautiful mix of African heritage, British lifestyle, European flair and Danish dynamism she gets from her spouse. She now calls Chislehurst, Kent her home, where she has established her brand and built her family.
