Chislehurst Healthcare was founded from the desire to bridge compassionate and professional healthcare, while simultaneously delivering a luxurious and prestigious experience. We ensure that the best service levels are provided in the healthcare industry for both at-home and third-party organisations. As the world of healthcare is an evolving, fast paced environment – now more so than ever as we are left to deal with the after-effects of a global pandemic – the  individuals and healthcare organisations need a rapid response partner to support them to meet the demands in delivering first class care to all and that’s exactly what we provide here at Chislehurst Healthcare.
Founded with a passion to make a significant contribution to our local community during these challenging times; here at Chislehurst Healthcare, we’re making it our mission to support and reassure those in our own community who may be enduring and recovering from both physical and mental health. Meet the Chislehurst Healthcare’s Senior Management Team

Your health and social care needs will be carefully assessed & curated by experienced specialists in general adult, mental health & paediatric nursing. All trained and graduated in the United Kingdom, serving a combined 60 plus years of experience in the sector.

Elle Sena - FOUNDER/CEO

Chislehurst Healthcare was founded and is led by Elle Sena who boasts over 23 years of experience in the UK healthcare industry. Elle worked under the renowned Reed Nursing Employment, and graduated at City University. She undertook postgraduate business management, leadership and marketing courses giving her an incredibly unique insight into running a business.

Nevila Dyli - Healthcare Director

Nevila is an experienced RGN in both private and NHS settings  A well-experienced registered & qualified general nurse, Nevila brings with her incredible knowledge & management skills within not just A&E but ITU.  Nevila has experience in leading within the community as well as working closely with both NHS, Private GPs & other health professionals. 

Erjola Kovaci - Quality Assurance Director

Erjola is an experienced Paediatrics nurse in both private and NHS settings. She brings with her huge amounts of experience from both sectors which gives her incredible insight into the unique needs of both.  She was deployed from paediatrics to fight the frontline during the pandemic, which gave her experience with both child and adult healthcare. Her skills allowed her to move from one base to another, offering her first-class service where it was needed most. 

Sara Jose - Executive Assistant

Sara is an experienced healthcare admin, with substantial HR and client account management skills. Her attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage tasks with ease sees Sara as the perfect person for this role. Sara has exceptional experience implementing systems for efficient running of departments, utilising the necessary software for smooth running of backend administration as well as a better customer experience. 

Jennifer Hyde – Marketing & PR Manager

Jennifer has an extensive background in building a brand’s online presence, through contemporary social media and excellent, eye-catching copy as well as brand awareness campaigns. With over 9 years experience in the marketing and content sector, Jennifer has acquired her skills through amassing experience within publishing environments as well as digital marketing. Her portfolio career means she brings with her a wealth of experience.
