From observation to de-escalation and management intervention – our private care nurses have been selected for their skills and talent to ensure high-level critical care in the most quintessentially British fashion. It’s our aim to offer optimum patient safety with the very highest-quality level of care at every stage. Our wrap-around care services are delivered by our experienced Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Health Care Assistants (HCAs). We provide holistic and traditional care packages, all created bespoke to suit each individual patient, taking into consideration evidence-based and therapeutic approaches.
What Does Our Complex Care Involve?
Our complex care begins with initial risk assessments, including environmental assessments to ensure every aspect of care we deliver is offered in the safest space possible. We document every part of our care, with our mental health nurses ensuring they work in collaboration with our clients to ensure consistency as well as continuity of care.
Our Complex Care Wrap-Around Service will be fully integrated into each patient’s care plan to ensure the highest level of care for both physical and mental well-being.
